JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant who is an expert in Notion and data organization. Your main responsibility will be to collect, organize, and structure information across our systems, especially inside Notion.

You will help build dashboards, organize content data, manage folders, and ensure our entire content pipeline stays organized and efficient.

This role is ideal for someone who loves systems, organization, and structure, and is comfortable working with digital content files.

Responsibilities
Notion Management

Build and maintain Notion dashboards

Organize and structure databases

Create charts, trackers, and internal systems

Collect and input data into Notion

Optimize workflows inside Notion

Content Organization

Review and organize video footage files

Upload footage to the correct folders

Duplicate footage when it belongs in multiple folders

Maintain a clean and organized file structure

Assist in organizing content assets for editors

Operations Support

Track tasks for the creative director and editors

Send reminders for deadlines and tasks

Follow up on important deliverables

Help maintain an organized content pipeline

Administrative Support

Organize internal documents (Google Docs, etc.)

Structure information across tools

Help maintain clear documentation

Assist with general administrative tasks

Requirements
Must Have

Strong Notion expertise

Experience creating Notion dashboards and databases

Extremely organized and detail-oriented

Strong data organization skills

Ability to follow systems and improve them

Comfortable handling large amounts of information

Nice to Have

Experience working with content teams

Familiarity with video or digital content workflows

Experience working with Google Docs / Drive

Operations or project management experience

Ideal Candidate
