Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to serve as the moderator for a high-impact three-day challenge hosted by Dr. Melissa J. Williams. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in moderating live events, especially using the WebinarKit platform. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage real-time interactions to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:

Moderate Live Sessions: Oversee the three-day challenge sessions, ensuring they run smoothly and on time. Facilitate introductions, transitions, and Q&A segments.
Engage with Participants: Monitor the chat and Q&A features on WebinarKit, respond to participant inquiries, and relay important questions or comments to Dr. Williams.
Technical Support: Assist participants with any technical difficulties they may encounter on the WebinarKit platform. Provide basic troubleshooting and escalate issues if necessary.
Content Management: Upload and manage any required materials, such as slides or videos, on the WebinarKit platform before the event begins each day.
Time Management: Keep track of time during each session, providing cues to Dr. Williams when it is time to transition between segments.
Follow-Up Tasks: Assist with any follow-up tasks post-event, such as distributing recordings or summarizing Q&A discussions.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Moderator for live online events, preferably on WebinarKit.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently.
Experience with audience engagement and customer service.
Familiarity with WebinarKit platform is required.
