Virtual Assistant (Insurance Experience Required) – Long-Term Opportunity

JD Insurance Group is growing, and we are looking for a professional, reliable, and motivated Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to join our team long term. **Prior Insurance Work Experience is Required**

This role is ideal for someone with experience in the insurance industry, specifically Auto and Home Insurance, who enjoys helping clients, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming client phone calls professionally and warmly
Schedule and book policy review appointments for our licensed agents
Assist clients with general service requests and follow-up tasks
Send documents and communications to clients via email
Upload documents and maintain organized client files
Complete clerical and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
Support our Office Manager with day-to-day operations
Help ensure clients receive excellent customer service and timely communication
Work collaboratively with our agency team to improve systems and workflows

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the insurance industry required
Experience with Auto and Home Insurance highly preferred
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
Comfortable speaking with clients on the phone
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Experience with CRM systems and agency management software is a plus
