Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Data Entry & Research (Google Sheets + GHL)

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Salary: $400 – $1,000 USD/month (based on experience)

We're hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our team with data entry, online research, and day-to-day admin work. If you love clean spreadsheets, organized inboxes, and getting things done without being micromanaged — we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities

Conduct online research and accurately enter data into our systems
Manage and maintain large Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, formulas, cleanup)
Deduplicate and clean datasets to keep our records accurate
Manage email inboxes — sort, flag, draft replies, and keep things organized
Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and send reminders
Update and organize records inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
Handle recurring admin tasks with consistency and accuracy
Communicate clearly with the team on task progress

Requirements

Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Data Entry Specialist, or Admin Assistant
Strong skills in Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, filters, conditional formatting, deduplication)
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) — contacts, pipelines, or workflows
Experience managing Gmail and Google Calendar
Must already have an active VPN subscription and be highly comfortable configuring, switching, and troubleshooting VPN connections independently (non-negotiable — please do not apply if you don't have one set up already)
Excellent written English and strong attention to detail
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Able to work independently and meet deadlines consistently

Nice to Have

Experience with other CRMs or automation tools
Familiarity with data cleaning and standardization best practices

Working Hours

First 90 days (training period): 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM California time (PST/PDT), Monday through Friday
After 90 days: Minimum 4 hours of daily overlap with California business hours; remaining schedule is flexible

Please note: California time means you'll be working a graveyard shift in the Philippines (roughly 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM PHT). Please only apply if you can reliably commit to this schedule.
