The Role
This is a unique dual-focus position. You’ll support
What You’ll Do
For
Manage social media accounts – schedule posts, engage with followers, and maintain a consistent, professional brand voice
Respond to client
Coordinate schedules: set up calls and meetings for management to discuss larger client projects
Help organize job information and assemble simple, accurate RFPs for small commercial projects
Assist with website management (updates, product listings, basic maintenance)
Light payroll support and gathering information for tax preparation
Tackle miscellaneous administrative tasks that keep the business moving forward
For Personal & Household Support:
Own the personal calendar: schedule meetings, dinners, appointments, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
Manage and update contacts, keeping network relationships warm and current
Track birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions – send cards, thank-you letters, and greetings on behalf of the owner and Philadelphia Scrubs
Maintain plans and ongoing engagement with the owner’s network circle
Support household organization tasks and personal social media as needed
Think ahead to keep both professional and personal life running in harmony

Proactive & Resourceful: You take initiative, follow up, and handle loose ends without needing reminders
Heart-Centered: You genuinely care about the people behind the tasks and bring a thoughtful, human touch to your work
Nice to Have (but not required)
Experience putting together small RFPs or proposals
Familiarity with e-commerce or apparel businesses
An eye for what makes a brand feel personal and connected online
