Job Description:
Ezy Move is looking for an exceptional Virtual Admin & Sales Assistant to join our fast-growing business. If you’re someone who thrives on being highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, this role is for you. You will assist in day-to-day operations, sales support, customer service, payroll, and a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring that we continue to provide the highest level of service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Support & Sales: Responding to inquiries via phone,
• Operational Support: Managing day-to-day operations, including coordinating schedules and customer bookings.
• Payroll & Financial Assistance: Assisting with payroll, invoicing, and other basic financial administrative tasks.
• Data Entry & CRM Management: Updating and maintaining client data in the GoHighLevel CRM, managing leads, and following up on client accounts.
• Scheduling & Organizing: Coordinating staff schedules, client appointments, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Sales Support: Assisting with online sales processes, ensuring leads are followed up on, and supporting the marketing team.
• Proactive Solutions: Offering proactive solutions to improve the business and address potential operational challenges.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in administration or as a virtual assistant (preferably in a similar industry).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Experience with CRM tools (preferably GoHighLevel, or similar platforms).
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and basic financial admin.
• Highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
