We are a growing residential property rental management business based in the UK and we are looking to hire a second admin assistant to support our operations. Assistant will be needed approximately 3-4 hours every day (UK hours) although workload may fluctuate.

As an admin assistant in our business, you will be working directly alongside the founders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Your role will include the following tasks:
• Speaking on the phone to third parties e.g. clients and employees
• Manage and allocate
• Responding to tenant inquiries and issues promptly
• Reconciling accountancy software
• Assisting with tenant screening and lease agreements
• Scheduling property viewings and maintenance appointments
• Coordinating with service providers for property maintenance and repairs
• Managing calendars and
• Performing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and document management
Requirements: The ideal candidate will be extremely detail-oriented, an excellent communicator and very well-organised.
Fluent written and spoken English is a must.
Nice-to-have (not essential): Familiarity with property management software, Xero, Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), Excel.
Training will be provided for all tasks where required. You will shadow the current VA to learn the tasks where necessary.
