Video Editor — Full-Time, Remote
Plants Basically / Juicy Joint
We're a fast-growing DTC supplement brand looking for a full-time video editor to own our short-form content pipeline. You'll be cutting paid social ads, organic reels, and performance creative across Meta, TikTok, and Instagram — work that actually ships and gets tested.
What you'll be doing
Editing short-form video ads and organic social content from raw footage, UGC clips, and sourced assets. Each month you'll produce a minimum of 4 video concepts with 4 hook variations per concept — 16 deliverables — giving us a real creative testing surface to work from. Projects are tracked in Notion and reviewed through
You'll work closely with our marketing team to iterate on creative based on performance data and keep output high without sacrificing quality.
What we're looking for
Solid editing chops in Premiere Pro and CapCut
Comfortable using AI video generation tools (Runway, Kling, or similar) to fill gaps, create b-roll, or concept new formats
Strong instinct for hooks, pacing, and what makes someone stop scrolling
A portfolio with short-form ads or social content — ideally something that ran and performed
Organized and self-directed — you can manage your own queue in Notion, hit deadlines, and flag blockers early
Nice to have
Experience with health, wellness, or DTC brands
Familiarity with creative testing and performance feedback loops
The role
Full-time, fully remote. You'll be embedded with a small, scrappy marketing team that moves fast and takes creative seriously.
