Social Media Assistant / Video Editor

I am looking for a reliable social media assistant and video editor to help manage and edit content for my goalkeeper coaching channel.

The main role will be editing long-form videos and turning them into short-form clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Main responsibilities:

* Edit podcast episodes and soccer/goalkeeper videos
* Find the best ---------- nts and turn them into short clips
*Find clips online, compile them, so I can do a voice over
* Add captions/subtitles
* Improve pacing by cutting pauses, mistakes, and boring parts
* Add zooms/cuts where needed, and animations based on my commentary
* Export clips for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
* Help with hooks, titles, and basic social media posting
* Organize files and edited clips

Extra responsibilities during downtime:

* Help with unrelated research on any topic I choose
* Find examples, ideas, or references online
* Assist with basic admin or visual tasks when needed

Ideal candidate:
* Good at long-form video editing
* Good at short-form video editing
*Can add aminations reinforcing the concepts I talk about
* Understands TikTok/Reels/Shorts
* Can edit sports content
* Has good English comprehension
* Reliable, organized, and responsive
* Flexible enough to help with different tasks when there is downtime
