VA – Xactimate Invoicing & Encircle Documentation (Contents Restoration)

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant experienced in Xactimate invoicing and Encircle documentation to support our contents restoration projects. This role focuses on reviewing and validating job data, performing loss-prevention inventory and cost analysis in Encircle, and preparing accurate project invoices in Xactimate.
The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, experience in restoration or insurance-related work, and the ability to ensure billing accuracy through careful documentation review. You’ll work closely with project managers to confirm job details, verify project scope, and maintain financial accuracy from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and process invoices in Xactimate for contents restoration projects.
- Use Encircle to perform loss prevention inventory and cost analysis on active projects.
- Review job documentation, photos, and estimates from Encircle to ensure billing accuracy.
- Collaborate with project managers to confirm job details, scope, and completion notes.
