VA Task Manager & Video Scheduler

Looking for someone reliable to keep my YouTube team on track.
What you'll do:
- Assign tasks to editors, writers, and channel managers
- Follow up to make sure deadlines are met
- Schedule and upload videos to YouTube
- Keep things running smoothly proactively

What I need from you:
- Fast response times
- Actually stay on top of things and catch delays before they become problems
- Available flexible hours, not 9-5 but you need to be checking in regularly throughout the day
- Detail oriented so nothing slips through the cracks

This isn't a full-time role in terms of hours, but it requires someone who's on their game and treats the job seriously. It has large, long-term scale potential if you put the work in ????
