JOB OVERVIEW

Hello! I am looking to add a key person to our team. We are located in Vancouver, Canada and require you to work on Pacific time zone (PST).
Part time (4 hours each morning, 5 days a week) for administrative and Executive assistant type support. You need at least a basic understanding and experience using Quickbooks. You must be able to write professional emails. The role is focused on 3 things: (1) support the CEO on daily tasks, (2) support our book keeper with basic tasks like sending invoices, following up on outstanding payments, helping with basic reports. Our book keeper is located in the Philippines (3) schedule pick ups with warehouse and shipping carriers to ship out products. We will give you training, the tasks are not hard. They just require detailed orientated and timely responses.

English spoken and written must be a strength of yours. Detailed orientated.

You are a good fit if you respond in a timely manner, you can work between the hours of 9am and 1pm each day (PST, we are located in Vancouver, Canada).
You are reliable and do not have many sick days. This role requires you to be available each day, it is an important role and timely response to customer orders is needs.

We are a small company with small number or orders... but when the order occurs, you must respond quickly. If you fall asleep for 2 hours and do not respond to email / message in a timely manner, it would be an issue.
