Schedule: Full-Time | US Eastern Time (Florida)
Compensation: $700–$900 USD/month + Bonuses (Based on Experience)

Glorious Transport LLC is a fast-growing courier and transportation company serving commercial and aviation clients across the United States.

We are building a lean, high-efficiency operation where:

* The owner focuses on driving, company growth, and client acquisition
* The VA manages ALL backend operations

This role is critical.

You will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the business from dispatching to billing to customer communication.

This is NOT a basic VA job.
This is a true Operations Manager role.

* System management

What You’ll Do

???? Dispatch & Logistics

* Assign and dispatch jobs efficiently
* Track deliveries in real-time
* Ensure on-time performance
* Handle urgent and time-sensitive deliveries
* Communicate with drivers regarding updates through Slack

?

???? Communication & Customer Management

* Manage calls & messages using OpenPhone (QUO system)
* Provide real-time updates to customers
* Handle issues professionally and quickly
* Maintain strong client relationships

?

???? Dispatch Software Management

* Operate and manage Shipday for dispatching and tracking
* Ensure all jobs are properly entered and updated
* Monitor delivery statuses and driver performance

?

???? CRM & Business Operations

* Manage leads and customers inside HubSpot
* Update deal stages and customer records
* Assist with follow-ups and pipeline tracking

?

???? Invoicing & Billing (VERY IMPORTANT)

* Create and send invoices to customers
* Track payments and follow up on unpaid invoices
* Maintain accurate billing records
* Calculate and track driver payouts
* Ensure financial accuracy in all transactions

?

???? Data & System Management

* Use Google Workspace for daily operations
* Manage spreadsheets, reports, and communication
* Organize operational systems using Airtable
* Maintain clean and accurate data across all platforms

?

?? Operations Management

* Create and improve SOPs
* Monitor KPIs and performance metrics
* Identify inefficiencies and fix them
* Ensure the business runs smoothly daily

Required Qualifications

Must Have

? Proven dispatching or logistics experience
? Strong English communication (written & spoken)
? Experience handling customers professionally
? Strong attention to detail (billing accuracy is critical)
? Ability to multitask under pressure
? Highly organized and proactive
? Reliable internet + quiet workspace
? Ability to work independently without constant supervision

Software Experience Required (or willingness to learn fast)

* OpenPhone
* Shipday
* HubSpot
* Google Workspace
* Airtable
* Slack

Preferred Qualifications

? Courier / Transportation Industry Experience
? Dispatching multiple drivers
? Operations Management background
? Invoicing & bookkeeping experience
? CRM management experience
? Experience working US time zones

* Dispatch runs smoothly without supervision

* Drivers are organized and paid correctly
* Systems are clean, organized, and efficient
* The owner can focus ONLY on driving & growing the business

Compensation & Growth

Starting Pay:
$700–$900 USD/month (based on experience)
