Therapy

I need some company when I work. I have ADHD and I find chatting to someone helps, but I also would like to schedule the odd 1 hour call if someone here has good listening skills? I have no idea if this is something someone would do on this platform? I need to talk about personal and very confidential things to a good listener. This is me being as honest as possible. I am genuine though. I appreciate its a second language for most here, but the highest form of English proficiency would be greatly appreciated :)
