Texting Platform Manager for Real Estate Land Business

We are seeking a motivated Texting Platform Manager to qualify leads via text for our land investment business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience evaluating land values, and experience with texting platforms, ideally LaunchControl.

You will be responsible for communicating with potential sellers and determining their readiness to sell their property. Your contributions will be crucial for driving acquisitions and nurturing client relationships. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with leads via LaunchControl to introduce SG Land Investment LLC
- Discuss and determine a seller’s readiness to sell
- Comp land to determine market value of property
- Assess seller motivations and price expectations
- Update CRM with lead details and status

Qualifications:
- Experience with texting platforms
- Experience “comping” land (determining the market value of land)
- Fluent English; strong communication skills
- Familiarity with Airtable software is a plus
- Knowledge of real estate transactions is a plus
