Tech VA

We are looking for a tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to manage, optimize, and automate the backend of BossMom.

This is NOT just a task-based VA job. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, troubleshoot issues, and proactively improve our tech systems. You don’t need to know every tool upfront, but you must have a strong understanding of how integrations, funnels, and workflows work together and be eager to learn new platforms quickly.

???? Key Responsibilities

???? Automation & Workflows

? Create & optimize workflows in Flodesk (email automations)
? Set up & manage Zaps in Zapier to automate repetitive tasks
? Build & maintain ManyChat sequences for lead capture & engagement
? Create simple workflows within Circle to onboard BossMom Plus members (we will teach you this tool)

???? Website & Funnel Support

? Set up simple opt-in funnels (landing pages, lead magnets, email sequences)
? Build & manage simple pages in ShowIt
? Manage integrations between WordPress, Flodesk, Zapier, and Circle
? Troubleshoot basic website & funnel issues
? Create & manage forms, surveys, and quizzes

???? Simple Video Editing for YouTube & Social

? Edit short-form and long-form video content for YouTube & social media
(we would love someone with a little experience in video editing, nothing complex, but this is something we really need)

???? Project & Task Management

? Be able to consistently use ClickUp with our team
? Provide tech support for teaUpgrade to see actual infombers & troubleshoot common issues
