What You’ll Be Doing
You will take raw ideas like:
“We need a better way to track heirs”
“Our deal pipeline is getting stuck before closing”
“We need faster notary coordination”
…and turn them into:
Clear workflows
Repeatable systems
Implemented processes
Measurable results
You will:
Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
Design better ways of operating
Implement systems (tracking, follow-up, coordination)
Improve speed, accuracy, and throughput
Take full ownership from idea ? execution
What Success Looks Like
Problems get solved without being escalated
Processes become faster and more reliable
Work no longer depends on constant supervision
Ideas turn into fully implemented systems quickly

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience improving processes, workflows, or operations
Organized, structured thinking
