Systems Architect & Automation Engineer (n8n + Airtable + API Expert)

Job Description:
Journey Psyche is building a real-time operational control system for a multi-provider mental health company. We are moving away from manual work and into a fully integrated, live architecture.
This is NOT a data entry or admin role. This is a high-level System Builder role. You will be responsible for turning our defined architecture into working, live systems within days, not weeks.
The Stack You Must Master:
Airtable: Advanced database schema, Interfaces/Dashboards, and complex formulas (This is our Command Center).
n8n: Our primary automation engine for parsing and routing.
Keragon: Integration layer for Healthcare APIs (Practice Fusion).
Communication: Updox, RingCentral, and WhatsApp API integration.
The Mission (5 Core Layers):
Intake: Automated parsing of Zocdoc/Alma/Email into Airtable with instant WhatsApp alerts.
Continuity: Automated tracking for no-shows and refill drift.
Financial: Connecting Converge payments to Airtable for real-time collections visibility.
Operations: Syncing Hubstaff and RingCentral activity into the dashboard.
Integration: Mapping APIs between Practice Fusion, Keragon, and n8n.
Expectations:
Speed: You build and test 24–48 hour iterations.
Execution: We value output over long discussions.
Incentives: Performance bonuses for hitting milestones (Intake system, Financial layer, etc.).
