About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and experienced Digital Project Manager & Executive Assistant to support the Co-Founder in managing backend operations, workflow coordination, and digital content optimization.

This role involves overseeing content workflows, maintaining quality control, analyzing engagement trends, and ensuring the smooth execution of digital projects. If you have experience in managing digital teams and content strategies, this role is a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project & Workflow Management
- Oversee project planning, organization, and optimization
- Ensure efficient execution of digital workflows across multiple platforms
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategy improvements
- Maintain structured task lists and ensure timely execution

2. Content Coordination & Digital Asset Management
- Ensure all digital content is correctly formatted, categorized, and distributed
- Oversee content quality checks before publication
- Work with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to guarantee smooth execution
- Verify media files meet quality and technical requirements

3. Content Planning & Team Coordination
- Draft weekly project and content plans based on engagement trends
- Ensure content and assets are produced on time and align with brand strategy
- Communicate and coordinate with writers, designers, and content teams
- Monitor project timelines and suggest improvements

4. Process Optimization & Task Automation
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Implement automated workflows to streamline operations
- Track and document best practices for team reference

5. Data Tracking & Performance Analysis
- Review weekly performance reports and adjust strategies accordingly
- Maintain consistent branding, engagement, and content quality
- Track engagement trends and audience behavior

6. Executive Assistance to the Co-Founder
- Assist in daily business operations and strategic planning
- Manage team communications and task coordination
- Ensure all projects and tasks are completed efficiently
- Take initiative in optimizing backend operations

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree required – preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
• Proven experience in digital project and content management – must provide proof
• Highly organized and detail-oriented – thrives in structuring workflows
• Strategic and proactive – always thinking ahead and improving efficiency
• Excellent communicator – can coordinate effectively with teams
• Tech-savvy and adaptable – experienced with Notion, Google Drive, Slack, Asana, Trello, and analytics tools
