Social Media & Administrative Assistant (Part-Time, Remote) – Elite Destinations
Are you a social media expert with strong administrative skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a passion for travel and content creation? Elite Destinations is looking for an experienced Social Media & Administrative Assistant to manage our digital presence, create engaging content, and support our travel business operations.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy individual who can take ownership of our social media strategy while also assisting with administrative tasks. You will be responsible for content creation, social media engagement, scheduling, and analytics while also helping with client communication, itinerary management, and travel bookings.
Beyond social media and emails, we are looking for someone eager to learn and take on additional responsibilities. The right candidate will be trained to work within our booking systems—inputting client information, creating itineraries, responding to inquiries, and handling confirmations.
This year, we are focusing on selling more group trips, so we need help with organizing and managing those as well. Additionally, we have three destination weddings that require extensive follow-up and coordination.
If you have experience with website updates or design, that is a plus, as refreshing our website is also part of this role. A background in travel or working with travel agencies is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management & Content Creation
Develop and execute a social media content strategy to promote travel experiences and services.
Create and edit high-quality Reels, videos, and graphics for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Schedule and manage content calendars for consistent brand presence.
Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Track and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Work closely with travel advisors to align content with promotions and client interests.
Administrative Support & Client Communication
Set up and maintain client journeys in our CRM (TESS, subject to change).
Manage and schedule email and text reminders for booked clients, including payment deadlines and travel updates.
Assist in optimizing automation workflows for improved efficiency.
Input client details into booking systems, create itineraries, and handle confirmations.
Organize and manage group trips and destination weddings, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
Website & Tech Support
Assist with website updates and potential redesign efforts.
Manage and update platforms including GoDaddy, Mailchimp, Outlook, Canva, and social media accounts.
Ensure client records are organized and accurate.
Attend weekly team meetings (Eastern Standard Time) to align on priorities.
Who We're Looking For
Social Media Expert – Must have experience managing social media platforms, creating content, and growing engagement.
Proactive & Organized – Able to take initiative and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using CRM systems, automation tools, and content creation software.
Creative & Detail-Oriented – Skilled in video editing, graphic design, and social media trends.
Experience in the Travel Industry (Preferred) – Prior work in travel or with travel agencies is a plus.
Strong & Reliable Internet Connection – Must have backup resources in case of power or internet outages.
Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to interact with clients and team members professionally.
Website Management Skills (Preferred) – Experience with GoDaddy, WordPress, or other website platforms is a plus.

Hours & Growth Potential
Part-time to start (supporting two travel advisors), with the potential to grow into a full-time role.
Remote and flexible schedule, but must be available for weekly team meetings in EST.
