Job Type: Full Time. The schedule is in Central Standard Time. Monday – Friday 6:30pm – 11:30pm Saturday and Sunday 9am – 8pm.

Ramplas Properties, LLC is a growing short-term rental management company focused on providing top-tier guest experiences while ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us manage day-to-day operations, listing management and optimization, handling guest communications, managing cleaners, and overseeing repair coordination.

Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant for our short-term rental business, your primary responsibilities will involve streamlining and managing internal communication listing management and optimization, cleaning schedules, and coordinating necessary repairs. You will be the backbone of our operation, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Employee Communication:
o Serve as the main point of contact for all tea ---------- mbers (cleaners, maintenance workers, etc.).
o Send out daily or weekly schedules and reminders to staff.
o Address any team concerns, ensuring smooth and timely communication.
• Cleaning Management:
o Coordinate cleaning schedules based on guest check-in/check-out times.
o Ensure cleaners are properly briefed on property standards and guest expectations.
o Monitor the completion of cleaning tasks and maintain cleanliness records.
• Repair & Maintenance Coordination:
o Identify and track repair needs across all properties.
o Dispatch service professionals for repairs and maintenance when necessary.
o Follow up with vendors and staff to ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner.
o Keep detailed records of all repairs, including timelines and costs.
• Administrative Support:
o Manage and update rental listings on platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.
o Handle guest inquiries or escalate them to the appropriate tea ---------- mbers.
o Manage booking calendars to avoid overbookings or scheduling conflicts.
o Optimize listing to maximize performance

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Familiarity with short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.) is required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and Guesty Property Management and Hospitable required.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive in taking action.
• Reliable internet connection and the ability to work remotely.
• Our VA must be exclusive to our business and may not work with other clients.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the hospitality or property management industry.
• Familiarity with cleaning and maintenance standards for short-term rental properties.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and efficiency.
• Experience in short term stay platform optimization
