Short-Form social media Video Editor / Viral Clips

Job Description:

We are hiring a part-time video editor to clip content from live streams, podcasts, and long-form videos into high-performing short-form content.

Your main job is to identify the best ---------- nts and turn them into engaging vertical videos optimized for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.

Schedule:

Part-Time (40 hours per week)
Ideal Availability:

2:00 PM – 10:00 PM CST (US)
3:00 AM – 11:00 AM Philippines Time

Pay:

$4–$5/hour (depending on experience) +bonus pay
Paid trial included

Responsibilities:
Identify engaging ---------- nts from long-form content
Edit clips into short-form vertical videos (15–45 seconds)
Add captions/subtitles
Use simple edits (zoom, pacing, emphasis)
Create strong hooks in the first 1–2 seconds
Focus heavily on viewer retention

Requirements:
MUST understand hooks and retention
Experience editing short-form content
Familiar with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
Must have ---------- for communication
Reliable and consistent
