Senior Consultant Support – CrewLift

CrewLift helps home service companies build stronger operations through systems, ServiceTitan support, process improvement, and operational coaching.

We are looking for a highly organized Virtual Operations Assistant (Contractor) to support our Consultants and clients.
This role is perfect for someone who:
Loves organization and systems
Communicates clearly and professionally
Enjoys operational problem solving
Can manage multiple moving pieces
Wants to grow in operations and ServiceTitan support

Responsibilities
Assist Consultants with ServiceTitan tasks
Manage calendars and email organization
Attend client meetings and track action items
Own communication follow-up processes
Maintain operational organization structures
Support office hours and client troubleshooting
Attend weekly trainings and tea ---------- etings
Support with ServiceTitan Project Tasks (i.e.. Price book building, integrations and audits)

Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication
Excellent organization and follow-through
Comfortable using technology and learning systems
Reliable internet and workspace
Ability to overlap at least 30% with Consultant schedules
Experience in operations, administration, customer service, or ServiceTitan preferred
SOP documentation
CRM or operations support

Bonus Experience (not required)
ServiceTitan
Home service industry experience (HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing, Electrical)
Project coordination

Contractor Information
This is a contractor position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, equipment, and compliance with local labor laws. Contractors will be required to provide a W-8BEN.
