Established in 1984, PTFS, LLC is a commercial services company headquartered in Houston TX. Some of our clients have been longstanding customers of ours for over 40 years. We are extremely data driven and we use Excel heavily for almost all of our workflows & processes.

We are seeking HIGH LEVEL PROFICIENCY tea ---------- mbers to overhaul & streamline our workflow processes. It is important that all applicants have extensive experience with this type of overhaul project. Tea ---------- mbers should be resourceful & tech-savvy. Established in 1984, PTFS, LLC is a commercial services company headquartered in Houston TX providing Construction, Facility Repair & Maintenance solutions mainly to restaurant chains & national brands.

We are in process of building a fully remote team in the PH which will eventually take over all US based operations. We are looking for tea ---------- mbers LONG TERM. We value loyalty and tenure-ship and most importantly, availability. We would like all of the tea ---------- mbers we bring onboard to retire with us. We are firm believers that everybody working here deserves the opportunity to grow. Everyone will have a clear understanding of the trajectory of their career path with us. After 1 year, every tea ---------- mber will be up for review with the opportunity for promotion.

The metrics we use to evaluate:

- Improved understanding of company processes
- Thoroughness & speed in taking proper actions
- Frequency of errors / how individual has corrected them
- New responsibilities assumed since hire
- Dependency & Availability
- Does the individual go above & beyond?
- Is the individual eager to take the lead in any situation?
- Does the individual possess other skills helpful to the company?

Our line of work is very fast paced with ever-changing requests from clients. Schedules are set but can change at any given ---------- nt. It is important for tea ---------- mbers to understand what needs to be done when a sudden change is requested by a customer as there are field workers who are dependent on the office to communicate such changes. As a tea ---------- mber, we need you to be versatile, stepping up or filling in at any given ---------- nt if another tea ---------- mber is busy or unavailable. Thus, we don't have a separation of duties. Each tea ---------- mber must be able to do EVERYTHING
