Scheduler (Remote) | High-Performance Operations Role

We’re looking for a high-performance Scheduler to take control of the daily operations for Plumbing Bros Corporate (Perth).
This is not a basic admin role. You’ll be responsible for coordinating a high volume of jobs, managing technician schedules, and ensuring smooth, efficient service delivery across the business. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in running a tight operation, this role is for you.

About the Role

You are the command centre of the business.
Your ability to plan, prioritise, and execute will directly impact job completion, team performance, and customer satisfaction.
You’ll be working closely with our operations team, technicians, and clients to ensure every day runs efficiently and no job slips through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

* Schedule and dispatch technicians across daily job runs
* Manage job flow to maximise productivity and minimise downtime
* Monitor job progress and adjust schedules in real time
* Communicate clearly with technicians, clients, and the internal team
* Ensure all jobs are accurately updated and completed in the system
* Identify issues or inefficiencies and take ownership to resolve them
* Maintain a high level of organisation, urgency, and follow-through

Working Hours
* Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Perth time)
* 1-hour lunch break
* Optional paid overtime available based on workload

* Can manage a high volume of jobs without losing control or accuracy

* Perform well under pressure and maintain high standards

* Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally
* Are highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Experience Requirements
* Scheduling or dispatch experience is essential
* Experience in a trades or service-based business is highly preferred
* Experience with Ascora is highly advantageous
* Ability to quickly learn and operate systems with accuracy
