Sales Outreach & Invoicing

The core of the job is outbound, not back-office. I need someone who can confidently call a warm list of prospects to book meetings for me, and chase unpaid invoices until they’re paid. The single most important trait is follow-through — someone who finishes things without being reminded. Logistics experience is a plus but not required; attitude and phone presence matter more.
A few things I’d like you to filter for before sending candidates my way:
1. Fluent English with a clear, confident phone voice — they have to be comfortable calling US businesses and pushing for the meeting.
2. Any outbound or sales-type calling experience (appointment setting, follow-up, cold or warm calling).
3. Self-starter — comfortable being handed a goal with no detailed instructions.
