JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence. If you’re a self-starter with a passion for health and wellness, we want to hear from you!
The types of accounts you’d be selling into are cafes, gyms, micromarkets, as well as offices for placement in their snack pantries. You will be reporting directly and working closely with our CEO who is also actively involved in sales, as well.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• The focus of this position is to generate sales in order to meet monthly sales targets. The pathway to succeed at this involves:
- developing and maintaining a list of potential and active accounts, and engaging with accounts over email, phone calls, and virtual meetings
- establishing relationships with sales managers at our distributors and working with them to sell into accounts
- pursuing leads provided by company CEO as well as developing new leads
• Keep CRM entries up to date to reflect performed work
• Provide CEO with weekly sales activity reports
• Attend weekly meetings with the CEO to discuss the past weeks’ efforts and to formulate short and long term strategies
• Complete forms and paperwork needed for new account onboarding as well as promotional opportunities

REQUIREMENTS
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the food & beverage or CPG sector
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
• Fluency speaking and writing English
• Perform at least 75% of work during business hours local to California
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Comfortable using CRM software, with a preference towards previous experience
• Detail oriented with the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
• Customer service experience a plus
