BlueYonder Corp is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Sales Management Assistant to support our leadership team and help drive the success of our growing sales organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with executives, managing data and reporting, improving processes, and helping teams perform at their highest level.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $7.00/hour (based on experience)
• Guaranteed Raises:
• $0.50/hour increase after 90 days. Additional guaranteed raise after 1 year
• 100% Remote Work Environment

Your Role
As our Sales Management Assistant, you'll work directly with leadership to help ensure our sales operations run efficiently and effectively.
You will play a critical role in supporting management, tracking team performance, maintaining reporting systems, and helping improve operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track sales team performance metrics
• Create, maintain, and organize reports and dashboards
• Support onboarding and training initiatives for new sales representatives
• Assist leadership with administrative and operational tasks
• Manage and analyze data using Microsoft Excel
• Maintain CRM records and ensure data accuracy
• Communicate with CRM vendors and technical support teams when necessary
• Provide support to sales representatives using CRM and Zoom platforms
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency
• Prepare reports and updates for leadership review

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
• Experience working remotely in a professional environment
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Proficiency with:
* VLOOKUP
* IF Statements
* Pivot Tables
* Data Analysis
* Reporting and Data Organization
• Experience using CRM systems (Zoho experience is a plus)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office setup
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently

Highly Preferred
• Experience supporting or reporting directly to a CEO, Founder, President, or Senior Executive
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience supporting sales teams, operations teams, or business leadership
• Experience working with U.S.-based companies
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
