Job Title: Sales & Executive Assistant
Are you a dynamic professional with a strong sales background, exceptional organizational skills, and a willingness to learn new technology? We are looking for an energetic Sales & Executive Assistant to join our team! In this hybrid role, you will leverage your sales expertise to support our business growth while providing top-notch administrative support to our leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support:
1. Engage in CEO and Executive Outreach using LinkedIn and other relevant channels to identify and connect with high-value prospects
2. Support sales strategy execution, including calls,
3. Maintain an organized pipeline of executive-level leads, tracking and reporting progress and sales metrics on a regular basis
Executive Assistance:

2. Administrative Coordination: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record action items
3. Documentation & File Management: Keep confidential files, reports, and records up-to-date and easily accessible
Technology Utilization:
1. Leverage tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to help improve communication efficiency
2. Stay updated on emerging AI and marketing technologies to suggest improvements
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in a sales-focused role with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
2. Basic knowledge and experience with ChatGPT, Claude, and GoHighLevel (or similar platforms).
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle administrative responsibilities3.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
6. A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the desire to learn and grow.
