JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Assistant to support our sales team in driving customer engagement and ensuring smooth sales processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing follow-ups with leads and clients, accurately updating our CRM system, and assisting in various administrative tasks to help the sales department meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities
Follow-Up Management

Proactively reach out to prospects, leads, and existing customers via phone, email, or other communication channels.

Schedule and confirm appointments, demos, or meetings for the sales team.

Maintain a log of all follow-up activities to ensure timely and consistent outreach.

CRM Maintenance

Enter and update contact details, lead status, and conversation notes promptly.

Track and maintain accurate records of sales leads, opportunities, and closed deals in the CRM.

Generate CRM reports to identify progress, trends, and potential areas for improvement.

Administrative Support

Prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals as needed.

Assist in creating and sending out quotes, invoices, and other documents.

Help organize sales events, meetings, and conferences.

Communication & Coordination

Coordinate between sales executives, marketing teams, and other internal departments to facilitate smooth workflows.

Respond to inbound inquiries and route them to the appropriate sales representative.

Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to identify new ways of improving the sales process.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Monitor and report on key sales metrics (such as leads, conversions, and follow-up success rates).

Support the Sales Manager by providing regular updates on follow-up activities, pipeline status, and upcoming opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred).

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer-facing role (experience with a CRM tool is a plus).

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and email communication.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable with phone and video communication.

Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Customer-Focused: Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Team Player: Collaborative and resourceful, works well with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive in identifying issues and suggesting effective solutions.
