Rockstar Generalist VA for Educational Video Company in the Real Estate Industry (Content, Web, Research, Systems)

About the Role:
We are building a number of websites focused on educational video content in the residential Real Estate industry. We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help move our projects forward.

You’ll work directly with the founder and handle a wide variety of tasks — everything from content organization and light website work, to research, operations, and project coordination. This is not a job for someone looking to do repetitive tasks all day — we want a sharp, self-motivated generalist who enjoys figuring things out, making progress, and getting things done.

Who You Are:
-- A problem-solver who doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
-- Comfortable wearing many hats: researcher, organizer, project coordinator, and light tech work.
-- Detail-oriented — you double-check your work.
-- Self-directed — you can work independently and ask questions when needed.
-- You’re comfortable trying out new tools and platforms and can figure things out quickly.
-- A strong communicator in English (written and verbal).

Your Responsibilities:
-- Coordinate the setup of our websites (no coding or prior experience is needed, we use the Kajabi platform).
-- Research tools, platforms, and strategies related to video content and educational sites.
-- Organize and upload content (videos, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, blog versions, etc.).
-- Help with social media posting and content planning.
-- Build simple systems to keep projects on track (ClickUp, Google Sheets, Notion, etc.)
-- Set up and manage integrations: email list tools, calendars, etc.
-- Provide general admin support as needed — we move fast and value flexibility

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Awesome):
-- Experience managing YouTube channels or uploading videos.
-- Familiarity with basic copywriting or content strategy.
-- Great with marketing or website design.
-- Light video editing.
-- AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.)

Rate in USD: $240 - $300/week, or $6 - $7.5/hour, based on experience, plus 13th Month Bonus.
