We're looking for hungry, competitive Sales Development Representatives (Appointment Setters) who want to build a long-term career in sales.

What You'll Do

Your primary responsibility is to generate qualified appointments for our sales team through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.

Every day you will:

Make outbound cold calls to local business owners.
Send personalized Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and SMS outreach.
Follow up with inbound marketing leads.
Qualify prospects using our sales process.
Book appointments directly into our calendar.
Keep our CRM organized and updated.
Build and manage your own pipeline.
Help create consistent revenue for the company.
Daily Activity Expectations

Every workday you are expected to complete:

? 100–150 outbound activities per day (calls, DMs, texts, emails, and follow-ups)

? Respond to every inbound lead within 5 minutes whenever possible

? Book qualified appointments for our sales team

? Follow up until the lead books, becomes unqualified, or opts out

? Maintain accurate CRM records

Appointment Setter Expectations & Non-Negotiables

At Residual Marketing, speed, consistency, and organization win deals. These expectations are mandatory for every tea ---------- mber.

? Respond Within 5 Minutes
Every new lead, incoming call, text message, Facebook message, Instagram DM, email, or website form must receive a response within 5 minutes whenever possible.
? CRM Management
Log every conversation inside GoHighLevel immediately.
Update contact information accurately.
Leave detailed notes after every conversation.
Never leave duplicate or incomplete records.
? Pipeline Management
Every lead must be assigned to the correct pipeline stage.
Keep the CRM updated in real time.
Move opportunities through the sales process correctly.
Never leave a lead without a status.
? Persistent Follow-Up
Follow our follow-up system exactly.
Continue following up until the prospect books, becomes unqualified, or requests no further contact.
Re-engage old leads every week.
Protect every opportunity.
? Appointment Confirmation
Confirm appointments 24 hours before the scheduled call.
Send reminder messages the day of the appointment.
Reschedule no-shows immediately.

Phase 1 – Commission Only (30-Day Performance Trial)

This position begins as a commission-only opportunity.

You will earn:

10% commission on every client that signs and pays.

Our primary offer is a $5,000 marketing program, meaning you earn:

???? $500 USD Per Closed Client

There is no cap on earnings.

Example:

2 Clients = $1,000 USD
5 Clients = $2,500 USD
10 Clients = $5,000 USD
Phase 2 – Hourly + Commission

Top performers will be promoted into a long-term position.

To qualify, you must:

Complete a minimum of 30 days
Close at least 2 paying clients
Consistently complete 100–150 daily outreach activities
Maintain excellent CRM accuracy
Respond quickly to inbound leads
Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and coachability

Successful tea ---------- mbers may be promoted to:

Hourly Pay ($3–$5 USD/hour, based on performance)

Promotion to Phase 2 is based on overall performance and business needs.
