POOP 911 is a multi-million-dollar pet waste removal company servicing thousands of customers across the U.S. We’re growing fast and looking for a full-time Operations Manager to help lead daily operations, support our field teams, and keep the business running smoothly.

This is a leadership role — not a basic VA position.

What You’ll Do

Operations & Routing

Manage daily routes for 10+ field technicians

Coordinate scheduling for hundreds of service stops per day

Handle real-time route adjustments and field issues

Customer Communication

Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers

Resolve service issues and provide excellent customer support

Communicate confidently with U.S.-based customers

Team Leadership

Oversee and support our existing VA team

Delegate tasks and maintain accountability

Help improve systems, workflows, and efficiency

Daily Tools

Routing software

Dialpad

What We’re Looking For

Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2 preferred)

Strong organizational and multitasking ability

Experience in operations, scheduling, or team management

Calm under pressure and able to solve problems quickly

Tech-savvy and fast learner

Proactive mindset — someone who thinks ahead

Comfortable with heavy phone communication

Looking for a long-term, full-time role only

Schedule

Full-time during U.S. Eastern Time business hours

Some weekend availability required

Heavy involvement during onboarding/training

Compensation

?35,000 – ?50,000 PHP/monthBased on experience and qualifications
