We are a growing Canadian Immigration Consulting Firm dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate their journey to living and working in Canada. Our firm proudly serves clients within Canada and in various countries around the world, including South Korea, China, Taiwan, Taiwan, the Philippines, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, and more. We are looking for a dedicated, highly organized, and creative Marketing & Administrative Manager based in the Philippines to join our team long-term.

The Role

This is a full-time, remote position that blends strategic marketing with executive administrative support. You will be the driving force behind our online presence, creating compelling campaigns to attract new clients while simultaneously providing high-level administrative support to our Managing Director.

Marketing Responsibilities

-Strategic Channel Optimization: Leverage your experience across various marketing channels—including social media, offline marketing, influencer marketing, SEO and target blogging—to drive growth. Familiarity with the marketing frameworks outlined in Gabriel Weinberg’s book, Traction, is highly valued.
-Campaign Management & A/B Testing: Conceptualize, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. You must be confident in A/B split testing different channels and messages to identify the most effective and efficient strategies for each specific market (countries, regions) and campaign.
-Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule regular, engaging posts across our corporate social media channels, with a strong focus on Facebook, Instagram, Wechat and other applicable channels.
-Content Creation: Design compelling marketing materials, including digital brochures, presentation slides, and promotional graphics.
-Data & Analytics: Analyze marketing channel performance, track ROI, and provide actionable insights to improve reach and conversion.
-Budget Allocation: Strategically manage and allocate the marketing budget across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and other relevant channels.

Administrative Responsibilities

-Executive Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, email correspondence, and task prioritization via Google Workspace.
-Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing performance and administrative tasks.
-General Admin: Assist with data entry, file organization, and other ad-hoc administrative duties as required to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

-Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
-Experience providing administrative or executive support is an asset.
-Proficiency in the Google Workspace ecosystem (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Meet).
-Must possess and be proficient in your own graphic design and presentation tools (e.g., Canva Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, Gamma, etc.) for content creation.
-Excellent written and spoken English; ability to write professional copy for ads, emails, and social media.
-Strong analytical skills with experience in managing and optimizing marketing budgets.
-Reliable high-speed internet connection (sufficient for seamless video calls and large file uploads) and a quiet workspace.
