Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support our wholesale real estate operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pre-qualifying sales calls, following up with leads, performing administrative tasks, ensuring quality assurance, coordinating with vendors, and providing data analytics reports. You will play a critical role in helping us streamline our processes and increase our efficiency in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Qualifying Sales Calls:** Conduct initial calls with potential sellers to assess their situation, gather necessary information, and determine their motivation to sell.
Follow-Up Calls:** Maintain consistent communication with leads, providing updates and answering questions to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
Administrative Tasks:** Manage schedules, organize files, and assist with documentation to ensure smooth operations within the team.
Quality Assurance:** Review transaction processes and communications to ensure adherence to company standards and identify areas for improvement.
Vendor Coordination:** Liaise with various vendors, including inspectors, appraisers, and contractors, to facilitate property evaluations and ensure timely services.
Data Analytics Reports:** Collect and analyze data related to sales performance, lead sources, and market trends, presenting findings to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Basic understanding of real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
