ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are a Phoenix, Arizona–based real estate investment and sales company focused on property flipping, rental acquisitions, and helping clients buy and sell real estate.

The Real Estate Research and Operations Assistant supports the team by identifying strong real estate opportunities, conducting property and investment analysis, managing MLS data, and assisting with day-to-day operational tasks. This role plays a critical part in maintaining organized systems, preparing accurate data, and supporting efficient business operations.

Training will be provided; however, prior experience with real estate, MLS platforms, investment analysis, or CRM systems is a strong advantage.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

MLS Property Research

Conduct detailed property searches within the MLS using filters, photos, and listing descriptions
Review large volumes of listings and identify the most relevant opportunities for clients and investment deals
Real Estate Investment Analysis

Evaluate MLS listings, off-market properties, and wholesale deals
Compare properties against sold comparable properties
Input and analyze data within investment spreadsheets to determine profitability and renovation margins

Rental Property Analysis

Research comparable rental rates for properties
Evaluate purchase price versus potential rental income
Identify opportunities with strong cash flow potential

Pricing & Comparable Analysis

Analyze sold comparable properties to assess pricing accuracy
Assist in preparing CMA-style reports and pricing research for listings

MLS Listing Data Management

Enter and manage listing details, photos, and documents within the MLS
Ensure all listing data is accurate, complete, and properly organized

Contract & Transaction Support

Input transaction details into contracts and addenda under supervision
Prepare draft document packages for internal review before client submission

Administrative & Operational Support

Manage email inboxes, calendar reminders, and follow-ups
Schedule calls and appointments
Maintain and update CRM systems and lead pipelines
Upload and organize documents in internal file systems
Identify missing information and ensure data accuracy

BONUS SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED BUT HIGHLY VALUABLE):

Operations & Systems - Experience improving workflows, tools, and operational efficiency
SOP Development - Ability to document processes and create training materials
Automation & Integrations - Experience with tools such as Zapier, Twilio, Slybroadcast, and CRM integrations (e.g., Follow Up Boss)
Website & Technical Support - Assisting with website updates or coordinating with developers/designers
Recruiting & Vendor Sourcing - Identifying and managing freelancers or contractors for specialized tasks (e.g., design, 3D modeling, development)

Timely completion of research, reports, and administrative tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong analytical and research skills
High attention to detail and organizational ability
Proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis
Strong written communication skills
Ability to follow structured processes while thinking critically
Experience with real estate, MLS platforms, CRM systems, or investment analysis is a plus

IMPORTANT NOTES:

This role focuses strictly on research, analysis, and administrative support
All negotiations, client communication, and brokerage activities will be handled by licensed real estate professionals

COMPENSATION:
Compensation is competitive and the rate is dependent on experience.
