**Now Hiring: Real Estate Operations & Marketing Assistant**
**Remote Position | Must Work Texas Central Time Hours**
NextHome Valor Realty is growing, and I am looking for a reliable, sharp, detail-oriented Real Estate Operations & Marketing Assistant to help keep the business organized, moving, and client-focused.
This is not a basic VA role. I need someone who can think ahead, manage systems, communicate clearly, and help support the day-to-day operations of a modern real estate brokerage.
The right person is organized, proactive, tech-comfortable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving real estate environment.
**About the Role**
You will support brokerage operations, marketing, transaction coordination, CRM management, agent support, and client follow-up. This role requires someone who can work independently, solve problems, follow instructions, document processes, and help create structure as the company grows.
**Primary Responsibilities**
* Manage and organize BoldTrail CRM contacts, campaigns, tasks, tags, follow-ups, and lead records
* Assist with SkySlope file setup, checklist tracking, document organization, and transaction compliance support
* Maintain organized Google Drive folders, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and shared systems
* Create and update spreadsheets for listings, transactions, investor properties, follow-up tracking, recruiting, and marketing
* Prepare Canva graphics, social media posts,
* Help schedule and manage
* Assist with new listing preparation, property marketing, listing checklists, and online visibility tasks
* Set up customer searches and listing alerts when needed
* Help manage calendars, appointments, reminders, meetings, and recurring tasks
* Research vendors, market updates, local real estate information, and business resources
* Assist with agent onboarding, brokerage systems, training materials, and internal communication
* Help document processes, create checklists, and improve systems as we grow
* Make outbound calls, send follow-up
* Handle light administrative work, data entry, and basic bookkeeping support
**Required Skills**
* Prior real estate experience required
* Experience with SkySlope strongly preferred
* Experience with BoldTrail, kvCORE, or similar CRM strongly preferred
* Strong Google Workspace skills: Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets
* Canva design experience required
* Excellent written and spoken English for client-facing communication
* Strong organizational and project management skills
* Comfortable using Zoom,
* Able to work Texas Central Time business hours
* Reliable internet, quiet workspace, webcam, headset, and ability to make outbound calls to the U.S.
* Able to work independently without constant supervision
* Able to follow directions, meet deadlines, and communicate when something is unclear

* Do not have real estate experience
* Cannot work Texas Central Time hours
* Prefer vague tasks instead of clear accountability
**Hours & Compensation**
This is a remote position. Schedule and compensation will be based on experience, skill level, and ability to take ownership of the role.
There is room for growth as the brokerage grows. The right person may eventually help oversee additional support staff or specialized VAs.
