JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Real Estate Assistant / Transaction Coordinator to support our growing real estate business. We are looking for someone who communicates exceptionally well in English, takes initiative, thinks independently, and genuinely enjoys helping clients and coordinating moving parts.

What You’ll Do:

You will assist with a wide range of real estate administrative and coordination tasks, including:
* Transaction coordination for listings and closings
* Client communication with buyers, sellers, agents, vendors, and attorneys
* Marketing and administrative support
* CRM management and database organization
* Follow-up and task management
* Listing and closing coordination
* General support for real estate sales and rental operations
* Ensuring smooth transactions by collaborating closely with all parties involved

This role includes professional communication by phone, email, and text with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, vendors, and other parties involved in transactions as needed. Strong spoken and written English, professionalism, and confidence in communication are essential.

There are NO required sales calls or cold-calling responsibilities associated with this position.

Experience & Skills Preferred

The ideal candidate has experience in real estate administration or transaction coordination.

Experience with the following is highly beneficial:
MLS systems
RealGeeks
Follow Up Boss
Microsoft Office products
Real estate transaction management and coordination
