OPERATIONS & DATA ANALYST (QSR Franchise – 6 Stores, USA)

We are a QSR Sandwich Franchise Owner operating (6) stores in the USA, seeking a long-term, part-time tea ---------- mber (20 hours/week or less) to support multi store operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and Strong English communication (written & verbal). Virtual assistant equipped and ready to begin working.

Technical Skills - Operations data analysis (trends, variances, waste, performance gaps). Dashboard creation/maintenance (Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools). Work with POS data, inventory metrics, and labor reports. Ability to produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Comfortable using AI driven tools to automate tasks accurately and efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inventory & Sales Reporting - Retrieve weekly WISR, Control Sheet and Inventory reports, Review inventory accuracy and identify over/short variances, communicate discrepancies to store managers, make corrections and ensure Accuracy. Information is easily sourced from the website, and email.

Suspicious Activity Monitoring - Review suspicious activity, Investigate POS voids, corrections, refunds, and unusual discounts, Document and escalate confirmed or probable theft cases. Information is easily sourced from website & email.

Customer Complaint Handling - Respond to customer complaints using the franchise’s online website system.

Training Compliance – Oversight of quarterly online training. Ensure all staff complete required courses before promotional deadlines, contact store managers via ---------- or Facebook Messenger to ensure completion.

Restaurant Elevation Inspections – Oversight ensure store managers complete all corrective actions and submit before the deadline. Information is easily sourced via email or portal.

Reporting & Dashboards - Maintain multi store dashboards (inventory, waste, labor, forecasting). Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports and insight. Information sourced from website / email.

Practical AI Stack for 6 Operations – 1. Labor Scheduling Optimization – reduce labor waste + improve daily control. 2. Food Cost Control – Reduce waste + improve ordering accuracy. 3. Multi-Store Performance Analytics Dashboard – sales + performance Visibility. 4. Customer Experience & Reviews, sentiment analysis 5. Store Communication Hub, staff announcement System

WORK HOURS & COMMUNICATION

Phone Communication (As Needed Only) Via ---------- or Facebook Messenger. Preferred: PH 9:00 PM–11:00 PM / USA 7:00 AM–9:00 AM. Secondary: PH 6:00 AM–9:00 AM / USA 4:00 PM–7:00 PM

COMPENSATION - Fixed monthly salary / Semi- monthly pay / all PH public holidays off / Vacation 2 weeks / 13 month pay
Set your own schedule (?20 hours/week). Payments via WISE or EasyPay. Salary based on experience and analytical skill.
