QA Analyst

Role Overview:
You are responsible for reviewing and editing landscaping reports. Your primary objectives are to eliminate redundancies and identify issues missed by our automated software.

Core Responsibilities:
- Remove Redundancies: Edit the report to eliminate repetitive information and ensure it is concise.
- Identify Missed Issues: Actively spot property issues the software failed to detect, including:
- Dying grass or trees
- Accumulated leaves requiring removal
- Surfaces requiring pressure washing
- Other similar property maintenance deficiencies

High attention to detail is critical.
