Fontaine Real Estate is looking for a reliable and proactive Property Sourcing VA to support our team with finding investment properties for our clients.

The role will involve:

* Searching for properties on Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and auction sites
* Calling estate agents to gather information
* Booking viewings
* Updating property sourcing trackers
* Carrying out basic property research
* Helping with simple deal analysis
* Following up with agents
* Providing daily updates to the team

We are looking for someone who is:

* Reliable and organised
* Confident speaking on the phone
* Good with spreadsheets
* Able to follow instructions and SOPs
* Proactive and willing to learn
* Available during UK working hours
* Interested in property investment

Property experience is helpful but not essential as training will be provided.
