About Us

We are a growing U.S.-based real estate investment company that owns and manages residential rental properties across Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland.

Our company handles acquisitions, renovations, leasing, property management, refinancing, and long-term portfolio growth. We are looking for a highly organized Property Management Coordinator to help manage day-to-day operations.

This is NOT an entry-level virtual assistant position. We are looking for someone with prior U.S. property management experience.

Compensation
Trial Period: $300 for 2 weeks
Full-Time Position: $800/month
40 hours per week
Performance review after 90 days

Responsibilities
Tenant Management
Respond to tenant calls, emails, and text messages
Handle maintenance requests
Follow up on late rent payments
Send notices when directed
Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
Track lease renewals and expirations
Maintenance Coordination
Receive maintenance requests
Create work orders
Schedule contractors and vendors
Follow up until jobs are completed
Collect before-and-after photos
Verify invoices and receipts
Property Management
Update rent rolls
Track vacancies
Maintain property records
Verify utility accounts
Coordinate inspections
Maintain CRM and property management software
Administrative Duties
Answer incoming calls professionally
Manage company email inboxes
Organize Google Drive folders
Create and update spreadsheets
Track projects and deadlines
Prepare reports for management
Required Qualifications
MUST HAVE
Prior U.S. property management experience
Excellent spoken and written English
Experience handling phone calls
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work independently
High attention to detail
Reliable internet connection
Quiet work environment
Preferred
Experience with:

RentRedi
Property Meld
Google Workspace
Slack

Experience with:
Leasing
Section 8 tenants
Maintenance coordination
Utility transfers
Vendor management
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

You will be measured on:

- Response time to tenants
- Maintenance ticket completion rate
- Tenant satisfaction
- Accuracy of records
- Rent collection follow-up
- Vendor communication
- Attention to detail
