About the Role:
This is a phone-first, expert-level position. You'll be the primary point of contact for all tenant communications handling inbound concerns, driving outbound rent collection follow-ups, and managing inspection coordination end-to-end. We're not looking for someone we need to train on the basics. We're looking for someone who's done this work, does it well, and can operate independently from day one.
What You'll Do:
• Own all inbound tenant calls — resolve property-related concerns promptly and without escalation where possible
• Drive outbound rent collection calls, including follow-ups on overdue accounts and sensitive escalations
• Manage property inspection scheduling and tenant coordination end-to-end
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of all tenant interactions and open follow-up actions
• Proactively flag recurring issues and communication patterns to the team
• Handle high-stakes or difficult conversations with composure and professionalism
What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience in property management admin, tenant relations, or real estate operations — this is required
• Exceptional verbal communication skills in English; composure and clarity under pressure
• Demonstrated ability to manage high call volumes and sensitive conversations independently
• Highly organized with strong follow-through — nothing falls through the cracks
• Self-directed and reliable — does not require micromanagement to stay on top of a full workload
• Experience with rent collection processes and tenant escalation handling is strongly preferred
