Job Title: Project Manager (Night Shift – Rollout Projects)**
Location: Remote (Preferably aligned with U.S. time zones)
Schedule: Primarily Night Shift to align with U.S. hours

Overview:
We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple rollout projects simultaneously. This individual must have excellent English communication skills and the ability to work closely with both U.S.-based clients and international teaUpgrade to see actual infombers. The ideal candidate is organized, hardworking, and capable of driving results under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple ongoing rollout projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Maintain clear, professional communication with U.S.-based clients and internal teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
- Coordinate with field teams to understand daily tasks and progress
- Provide customers with transparent project updates and clear timelines
- Track project budgets and financials using Excel spreadsheets
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, schedules, and status reports
- Identify project risks and implement solutions proactively

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Available to work night shifts to align with U.S. business hours
- Proven experience managing multiple projects, preferably in rollout environments
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Comfortable using Excel for budgeting, tracking, and reporting
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team
- Self-motivated and committed to meeting project goals

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the construction, lighting, or infrastructure rollout industries
- Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project)
