Flight Performance is seeking a dynamic and driven Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the management and execution of various projects across our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

All Remote Employees Must Be Available To Work During The Following Business Hours:

Monday: 9am – 5:30pm EST
Tuesday: 9am – 5:30pm EST
Wednesday: 9am – 5:30pm EST
Thursday: 9am – 5:30pm EST
Friday: 9am – 5:30pm EST

Major Goals & Objectives
Make sure all slides are finished one day prior to status call
Join and drive all status calls creating a good relationship with clients
Communicate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to provide project updates and gather feedback.
Support in the preparation of project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and post-project evaluations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all project components are on track.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements & Qualifications
Previous experience in project management or coordination is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (Upgrade to see actual info) is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving projects to successful completion.
