Project Coordinator / Operations Coordinator (Part-Time)
Hours: 5–10 hours per week to start
Hi,
I'm looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator / Operations Coordinator to help keep a small remote team aligned and projects moving forward.
This role is not about doing all the work yourself. It is about helping ensure the right work gets done by the right people at the right time.
Our team currently includes a bookkeeper, technical support team, communications support, and project-based contractors.
We primarily work in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail, and Google Drive). If needed, you may also help implement and maintain a simple project management system such as Asana.
Responsibilities
* Track projects and action items across a small team
* Follow up on open tasks and deadlines
* Maintain project trackers and status reports
* Help organize information in Google Docs and Google Sheets
* Identify bottlenecks and communicate them clearly
* Ensure projects continue moving without constant supervision
* Create and improve simple SOPs and processes
* Help maintain an organized operations environment
This role is a good fit if you:
* Are highly organized
* Naturally notice when things are falling behind
* Enjoy creating order from complexity
* Communicate clearly and professionally
* Can manage multiple moving pieces without becoming overwhelmed
* Take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks
This role is probably not a fit if you:
* Need constant direction
* Prefer highly repetitive work
* Have difficulty following up with others
* Struggle to keep track of details across multiple projects
Requirements
* Strong experience with Google Workspace
* Excellent written English
* Experience coordinating projects, teams, or operations
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently
