Job Summary

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Product Development Assistant to support our product team across design, sampling, and production. This role is execution-heavy and requires someone who can track a high volume of styles, communicate with overseas factories, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

You will be working directly with our product, design, and supply chain teams to keep development moving efficiently across 1000+ styles per year.

THIS IS A FULL-TIME ROLE. If you are working multiple jobs or freelancing, this is NOT a fit. We are looking for someone long-term who wants to grow within the company.

Day-to-Day Tasks Include:

* Tracking styles from concept to sampling to production
* Maintaining and updating product data (materials, trims, measurements, costing)
* Communicating with manufacturers on samples, revisions, and timelines
* Following up daily to ensure samples and production stay on schedule
* Managing sample tracking (what’s in development, shipped, approved, etc.)
* Assisting with tech pack organization, revisions, and comments
* Cross-checking product details to ensure accuracy before production
* Inputting and updating costing sheets and margin tracking
* Flagging delays, errors, or missing information proactively

MUST HAVE:

3+ years experience in apparel product development, sourcing, or production
MUST HAVE GRADUATED WITH A DEGREE FROM A FASHION SCHOOL
Experience working with overseas manufacturers (China preferred)
Strong understanding of tech packs, garments, and materials
HIGH attention to detail
Excellent written and spoken English
Experience with tools like Google Sheets / Excel
Comfortable working full-time and handling multiple styles at once
