Platform Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Platform Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations, integrity, and safety of our marketplace platform. This role is responsible for monitoring platform activity, ensuring support emails and tickets are handled efficiently, reviewing and interpreting platform policies and Terms & Conditions, investigating suspicious activity including potential fraud or money laundering, and resolving user disputes based on platform rules. The successful candidate must be business-minded with strong legal awareness, capable of making fair, structured, and well-documented decisions while ensuring the platform operates at a high professional standard.
