Boat Trips Club is a fast-growing online platform revolutionizing the boat rental industry by connecting customers with premium experiences. As we scale, we need a highly organized, proactive, and LinkedIn-savvy Personal Assistant to manage executive tasks while also optimizing LinkedIn outreach, branding, and networking.

This role is perfect for someone who excels at executive support, has experience growing and managing LinkedIn profiles, and can leverage LinkedIn for networking and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Assistance & Organization
Manage calendar, emails, and appointments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Handle travel bookings, meetings, and administrative tasks efficiently.
Organize files, documents, and reports, ensuring all important information is easily accessible.
Assist in managing team communications and follow-ups.
2. LinkedIn Growth & Lead Generation
Optimize and manage the LinkedIn profile of the company and executives to improve branding and engagement.
Develop and implement content strategies (e.g., posts, articles, and engagement strategies) to grow reach and visibility.
Conduct targeted outreach to potential partners, clients, and investors via LinkedIn.
Track performance analytics, engagement rates, and lead conversion through LinkedIn.
Manage LinkedIn messaging and follow-ups, ensuring timely responses and relationship-building.
3. Research & Strategy Support
Conduct market research on potential partners, competitors, and business opportunities.
Provide insights and updates on LinkedIn trends and best practices.
Identify and engage with high-value individuals and decision-makers on LinkedIn.

? LinkedIn Expert – You know how to optimize profiles, grow engagement, and generate leads.
? Tech-Savvy & Proactive – You understand CRM tools, automation, and LinkedIn’s algorithms.
? Strong Communicator – You can craft professional LinkedIn messages, posts, and emails.
? Self-Starter – You take initiative and don’t need constant supervision.

Requirements
2+ years of experience as a PA, Virtual Assistant, or LinkedIn Specialist.
Proven track record of growing LinkedIn profiles and generating leads.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn algorithms, engagement tactics, and content strategies.
Experience using LinkedIn automation tools (e.g., Expandi, Sales Navigator, Drip campaigns, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
