We are a growing telecommunications company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll & Partnerships Operations Coordinator to support our expanding team and partner network.
You'll manage partner relationships, oversee pipeline performance, maintain KPIs, and ensure payroll accuracy across our dealer network. The scope will grow quickly with the right person.

What You'll Do
Be the main point of contact for sub-dealers and external partners
Track deals and KPIs across multiple sales divisions and flag any pipeline leakage
Work directly with raw backend data to ensure accurate reporting and attribution
Process payroll for internal tea
Build SOPs, document workflows, and drive process improvements across the business
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
3+ years in operations, CRM, or a data-focused role
Comfortable working with raw, unstructured data — SQL or equivalent
Proven ability to build reporting systems and KPI frameworks from scratch
Excellent communicator — able to simplify complex data for partners and leadership
Full-time availability during EST hours
Thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Nice to Have
Experience with Claude Code or AI-assisted tools
Background in telecom, sales ops, or partner/dealer management
Experience working directly with founders or in an early-stage company
